Meet Firdaus Kharas.

According to his website, Chocolate Moose Media, Firdaus is a social innovator, renowned director, and global humanitarian who produces animated documentaries, films, and televisions series to educate, entertain, and change behavior. He and his organization are trying to positively influence viewers' knowledge, attitude, and behavior, focusing on children and young adults.

Whether using humor or emotion, these videos educate while also entertaining.

Check out this video he made about the Ebola crisis. While in other videos Firdaus uses humor, this one produces an emotional effect.

Firdaus provides a great example of creative activismWhen you watch the video or look at Firdaus' website, what do you see? By using animated videos, he influences the world for the better. In other words, he has turned his skills and passion into an organization that educates and helps to change minds around the world about issues that matter to human dignity. Here we see one person (with the help of many others) making a worldwide impact!

What Does Firdaus' Example Teach You?
Think about your own skills, interests, and passions - how can you take these things and use them to help other people? It doesn't have to be something that is as big or funny or moving as Firdaus' videos. So, don't let your own insecurities get in the way of helping others. Use your skills and passion to make the world a better place.

Be a creative activist.
