  1. Gender is typically thought of as being binary, but we learn from Cora that gender is on a spectrum.  Now consider how we place binary gender norms on people and inanimate objects.  For example: clothes, colors, toys, play activities, jobs, abilities, character traits, etc. In what ways do these objects and activities influence the way we understand gender?
     
  2. Cora talks about being uncomfortable the first time she goes out dressed in feminine clothing.  You might also experience discomfort around a person who is transgender for the first time.  How can this mutual discomfort be a starting point to build a relationship?
     
  3. In the video Cora says, “F___ what people think.  This is me. I am free.”  What would community look like if we all had the courage to say the same thing?  How can we give others the space to be who they are?
